April 2025 meeting update

This meeting was the first time the extended membership had met, and therefore covered a recap of the work so far, and an update on the latest progress of the Strategic Masterplan Process. Forum members also chose the next topics to focus on, which will include existing and new community facilities; transport principles and practical delivery; existing and new green spaces and long-term stewardship.
