A reminder that the community are invited to submit comments to North Herts Council on the Growing Baldock Outline Planning Application before the 30th November.
To understand the application in more detail, we would encourage you to read the short guide below, where we have also responded to key questions raised during our Summer consultation period.

You can view the documents and leave comments on North Herts Councils website here, or by entering reference number 25/02571/OP on the council’s planning portal.

We hope to gain permission for the Outline Application during 2026, after which the detailed design will be prepared in consultation with the community and submitted as a series of Reserved Matters Applications.
